Your appointments are scheduled for specific times with only a 15-minute arrival window. If your appointment is at 9:00 am, cleaners will be there between 8:45 and 9:15.
You will receive an automatic appointment reminder via email 24 hours before your appointment and an SMS reminder 1 hour before your appointment.
Once we've established how long ongoing service will take, your credit card will be automatically charged on your cleaning day (recurring service only).
